About Myth & Love

Human in philosophy.
Woman-centred in first practice.
The first doorway is women.

Myth & Love helps women recognise the inherited stories, roles and patterns shaping how they live, love, give and choose — creating space to choose again with truth, care and self-loyalty.

A Place to Arrive as You Are

Myth & Love welcomes women across race, age, body, disability, sexuality, faith, class and life experience, including trans women. You do not need to perform, disclose more than feels right or arrive with the perfect words.

Why Myth & Love Exists

It Began with a Question

What happens when the ways we have learned to love require us to disappear? Myth & Love grew from noticing how easily care can become overgiving, responsibility can become self-abandonment, and exhaustion can be mistaken for devotion.

It was created as a space to recognise those patterns without shame, understand the stories beneath them, and make room for choices rooted in truth, care and self-loyalty.

Meet the Founder

Founder, Philosopher & Pattern Seer

I grew up in survival mode. I learned how to keep going, carry responsibility, read what was needed and operate well inside roles that asked a great deal of me. For a long time, survival looked like strength.

Then a stroke changed the shape of my life.

Recovery slowed me down and made visible the cost of always adapting, overgiving and disappearing inside what needed to be done. It brought me back to questions I had explored through philosophy, law and years of transformation work: Which stories are truly ours? Which roles have we inherited? And what would it mean to choose differently without abandoning ourselves?

Myth & Love grew from those questions.

I created it as a place where women can recognise the patterns beneath their lives, understand what those patterns may once have protected, and make room for choices rooted in truth, care and self-loyalty.

Myth & Love is not about denying what survival gave us. It is about recognising that survival does not have to be the whole of our lives.

Beyond Survival. Into Softness.

What We Believe

Exhaustion Is Not Devotion

Myth & Love offers another possibility: care with truth in it. Love begins with self-loyalty — the refusal to abandon yourself — and allows you to remain connected without disappearing.

Many women are taught to confuse love with endless giving, silence, emotional labour and self-sacrifice. Over time, devotion can begin to look like disappearing — and exhaustion can feel like proof that we have loved well.
