What We Mean by Myth
A myth is a story we inherit, absorb, choose or repeat until it begins to feel like fact.
It may come from family, culture, religion, relationships or the roles we learned to perform. Some myths once protected us. Others quietly limit the way we live, love and choose.
Myth & Love does not ask, “Who is toxic?” It asks, “What story is shaping my choices — and does it still serve me?”
What We Mean by Love
In Myth & Love, love is care with truth in it.
It begins with self-loyalty: the refusal to abandon yourself, betray your truth, disappear, overgive, rescue, perform or call exhaustion devotion in order to be loved.
Love is not selfish, but it does require a self. It is the practice of staying connected without disappearing — choosing honestly, giving freely and remaining present in the life you are creating.
